about people get blocked perm . what should they do ?
Hello GMs - about people get blocked perm about last 6 month or more . u can forgive them or maybe pay like a chargeback do before your fault like you want if its big fault or not and they will pay and if they opened the hack or any programs u will blocked him and he will not have any chance give us all just one chance and if anyone get blocked perm again dont back it and about the god - . the god always forgive people and u dont people ? that is life ? i hope u understand me GMs and so many i spend of this game and i love it and lose my money. and in the world they have Justice and they forgive for one chance and your game didn't have any thing like that maybe u make this idea or anything before back the account or may anything help us and thank you MR.GMs . i hope u understand what we want lost money and others vips account and im apologize for anything maybe anything help us and my account the get blocked ign : [Hell]ReMiX? and leader clan -[Hell]Fire?

You don't get permanent ban just like that as a first ban.There are few steps before
3 days ban>> 7days ban >>30days ban >>permanent ban
You had 4 chances so most of people would agree that this is enough .Create a new account and start again from zero ,play legit next time.Good luck -

MAC address ban isn't the same as an account ban. Saying you didn't see it, well, your fault for not checking. -
