getting banned for 4 days for no reason!!!!!!

so yeah I was playing yesterday and when I try to login today my account is banned for 4 days or so after playing for 7 years now im banned are you kidding me and ofc im gonna lose my ribbon for that really thank you so much Z8Games I appreciate this banned that's how you say to your old players thank you for playing right to banned his account and not being able to play anymore ..............!!!!

Idk if it can help you my suggestions :
1.Did someon have your login?
2.It dosent matter if you use hak on crossfire ..ore you have other game instaled in your pc and if you use hak on other game crossfire gameguard will detect like mallware and blocked it.
3.I can understand when you angry and frustrating about this situation but no one can do nothing.

Just send a ticket .. and explain your problem .
Enyway you cant do nothing eny more about this ...if it happens it happens whit consequences

Thx for replying but no no one have my account only me and my brother playing on the same pc and there is no hacking on any game never did and never well yesterday my brother was playing and today the account is banned and again we dont use hacks on anything so idk why im i banned
