You can check what has been downloaded on the PC recently. You can check any folders on the pc. so please stop telling me that you can't check. if u know how to play cf u should also know how to check a pc properly. -

they won't even care because they don't know that hacking is probably legal in Egypt so every one here is trying his best to steal our accounts and there are some clan enemies or even stupid enemies or evil people who tries to hack your account and if he fails he insults the GM in a ticket or opens a hack or a VPN to block your account permanently, so they won't even feel what we feel, if you have such a good brain, why would I buy VIPs and purchase ZP with money to play with hack, it's like gambling and I know that I am gonna lose or it's like I don't need this money so I am getting rid of it, my point is they want you to stay banned because they want you to spend more money on making another account, that's all, it's money dude. with all my respect.

good point buddy and there customer service so bad unlike other games like conquer, they are replied with automated messages, copying and pasting the same message, or talking like robots. It doesn't even make sense even I tried to ask them what I got banned for they replies with a copied message that I violate the terms and conditions and that I used hack or 3rd party program and I asked to be more specific, what program did I use or what did I do to violate your terms and I think they don't even know , and I think they even didn't try to check the IP address to check if it's the owners IP or a new one, but you right it's not about the bass it's about the money, no trouble. -

Even if hacking is "legal" in Egypt this is CF NA if you want to play here follow the rules and stop using 3rd party programs. How are you going to get mad at support when even the thread starter admitted to using 3rd party program and insulting along with his friends... smh -

My point is that lots of our accounts is hacked and the 3rd party programs or the insulting is done by the hacker ,I am not purchasing ZP to use 3rd party program or to insult the GM or MOD to get banned, did you get my point ? -
Im gonna close this. You are responsible for the actions on your account, whether you knowingly or accidentally did them. I do not care if hacking is legal where you are from. I don't care if hacking is legal anywhere. In this game, in our rules, any third party programs are considered against the rules and can result in you getting banned. Complaining on the forums will not help. Send a ticket, please. And if the support system ticket has told you something along the lines of 'we found you hacking' then thats pretty much it. Next time, be more aware of whats on your system.
