Blocked from accesing ranked matches

i keep trying to play ranked matches but it says im blocked from it, i have sent a support ticket already and they told me they don't know the nature of the problem so maybe someone here has had this problem and know how to fix it ...
i have tried my alt account and i can play ranked so i have no clue.



im using windows 7 home premium
AMD A8-6600k APU with Readon (tm) HD graphics 3.90 GHZ
8 GB of RAM
64 Bit OS
Nvidia GeForce GTX 750
and my current resolution is 1680x 1050 60 Hz

Maybe you got blocked because you failed to complete a game? Or maybe you have previously hacked and got caught?

What does the Support ticket say? Maybe this is a bug?

They told me they have no idea of the nature of the problem.

It's very unusual to hear Support say "They have no idea of the nature of the problem". Do you have the screenshot? (I know screenshots of tickets shouldn't be posted but this is a very strange case).

It actually isn't that strange for them to say it, if the Info you give them about some issue is too vague to nail down, they'll usually give you said response or something similar;

I have never received a ticket like this one, that's probably why I thought it was bit strange.

Back to OPs question, you need to submit another ticket with more information. What you did before the error occurred? Have you played Ranked Matches before? If so, which seasons and how many games? Have you tired changing servers? Have you tried to play with another friend in Ranked Matches?

i have done it all with every little detail and still get the same reply ... i haven't play in 8 months so i never played s1 or s2 i was gonna try it to day because of the new update and i keep getting the same error, but i only get it on one account the other account is fine that's what i find weird .
