Shovel Beast's Follow-up Attack

Very simple, it doesn't work. When the Follow-up setting if on, it will by pressing the RMB 0,25~0,5 seconds long before slashing and it doesn't hold. When you turn the setting off, it works perfectly and even without lagg (Like the normal shovels)

To report bugs. You can either use that thread, or send a support ticket. In your case, they're well aware of this bug and will look into it.

Hiding it probably? Because otherwise problems will appear just like with the AXE VVIP? However, I will send one as well.

1 month later and still not fixed, although they would "look into it". Well, I guess they indeed "looked" at it. Funny thing my report ticket was put as resolved.

So I just read on the wiki (crossfirefps.wiki) that "CF North America mistakenly lists "Goodbye Brother"'s perk as "Quick Hand", which is copied from BC-Axe Beast." So it has to be Quick Hands, which means you can swap quicker to other guns. Also then I'm wondering why both "Quick Hands" and "Follow-up Attack" are in the list of the Shovel in the Storage of the game.
What I find funny is that I haven't read about anything from the Admins/Mods yet about this (They are being silence about it?). However, the reason to buy this VVIP was for me because it also had Follow-up Attack, which it doesn't even have. The VVIP became more useless in my opinion. Thanks CF NA!
