Clan is Gone & Launching CF through Steam

Hey everyone! When I logged into my account here on the web site, for some reason it says I don't belong to a clan. But when I log into the game itself my clan is still there, my tag, name and all my members are there. Are they doing maintenance on the site that affects the clans?

Secondly, Im trying to launch Crossfire through "Steam" I want to use steam because all of my friends use steam for chat and It would be nice to have it display crossfire when I'm playing it. When you launch a game from within Steam, it shows your status and current game that your playing. But every time I launch it from Steam Xtrap gives me this error code

"CODE_FIELD [08_0400_000000000_513] Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please,close any program which affect game client and restart your system."

When I launch it from the icon as I normally have, everything works fine. So I have isolated it to it launching inside steam. Any help with making this work? Or allowing Steam to launch the game? Thanks in advance!

This means that the clan site is updating the ranks of clans. It happens every day at about 1AM EST.
Crossfire has always been unable to be launched through Steam. Hopefully a feature that will be added in the future.
