Account stolen

Hello everyone.
Last year my CF Account was stolen by someone, since that i stopped playing.
Now where i wanted to start again i wanted to try if Z8 can recover my Account.
I dont know the E-Mail so if i want to write a Ticket to Account Administration i just get a answer by a bot that "Some of the account information you provided on your support form doesn’t match our records or it was filled incorrectly. "
Well...what should i do if i dont know the email ?
I know the exact date i lost my Account.
I`m able to tell some of my old names, a old email of the Account, payment methodes ( No Codes )
I forgott the Security Question but if i would know it i could answer it.
And i also know one of my older tickets i wrote on this Account...
Maybe any GM or user who knows how 2 handle this can help me with this problem

I got a similar problem for years.. nothing happened you gotta hope that any supp,mod or gm sees this thread

Making alt accounts and posting them on here isn't going to help your case.

If Support gives you the final decision then there is nothing you can really do about it. Sorry!

You can always try again with more information to see if you can recover it.

i think you dont really get my problem.
The problem is that i just get bot answers from the Supp, if a real person would look at the tickets this problem would be solved in a few minutes.

Every Support ticket is answered by a human being. If you don't have enough information then it's going to be hard for you to recover your account.

This. And if you gave the account away to someone because you stopped playing, that doesn't mean it was stolen.

It is against the ToS to share accounts.
