Today when i go to play crossfire after December Update , i got permanent Ban , i can't believe my eyes , my account from 2010 (6 Years) Genral Rank with lots of memories got permanent ban , i support your game a lot and charge on it so many times , i love crossfire very much , i don't do anything to deserve permanent ban , Please GM unban my account , I invite alot of friends and support your games every year and then now i got ban ?
i have a lot of memories with my account . i got shocked today when i see my account got ban because doing Free Zp .i got charge back ban , i didn't do anything wrong from my way , i don't charge from Fake visa card or anything like that , it's not my wrong . please GM i love your game , i did lots of events and i win Spop Elite permanent i am very sad to lose it now and i love all Gms and love your hard work on this awesome game please Forgive me at last time and unban my account , i love crossfire very much and i can't easily leave it. Please
if you unban me i promise you from today , i will do anything to thank you and support you even more .

I Don't know how it violated by doning Free Zp offers i can't find that in your Terms of Service and Games Policies ?
i know one thing i can got charge back ban if i charge with fake visa card so where the violated with me ? Free zp offers viokated your Terms of service now ?

I contact support but They need recharge back for doing Free Zp !!!
Free Zp offers violated Terms of Service and Games Policies !!!

No i still ask for help first to unban my account , it's not my fault to give me perm ban from doing free Zp , if something wrong with doing offers why won't ban me from doing offers not my whole account , why i pay money on free zp offers ??

this is not right GM , Fix ur game and fix ur rules
you can't ban someone for doing a free offer , he plays the game since 2010 and now ban lol after all that hard work
try to fix this game first before you ban people , the game is going down no players in the servers , in 2011-2014 all the servers were full now it's empty , people are leaving you and you don't care and ban them , that's one of the reasons why they leave the game

You can receive a chargeback ban from pretty much any payment method. But once again, we can not help you here, you have to go via support.

Been playing this game for more than 7 years, and even I had my chargeback issues, but I didn't start threads on forums where I just insulted and raged. Wrong way son.

If you know he sent tickets, and if he knows he already contacted support, then we definitely don't need a thread like this one on forums. Telling the GMs to "fix ur rules", well, it's the forum rules that say topics like these mustn't be discussed here.

Unfortunately, as stated multiple times, you will not receive help here and must use the support system. Please also do not post ticket responses here. This is not the place to do any of that, and I can guarantee personally that nobody was ever banned for free zp offers. We'll leave it at that.
