Can't purchase ZP - "You have to login first..."

It's probably a case of just waiting a little while then trying again, but when trying to go to the Deposit ZP page (Or earn free ZP), I get a message box come up telling me to login first. ("You have to login first to deposit ZP.")
I am logged in.

Tried on both IE and Chrome.

Also for some reason after I click ok it un-maximises my browser window

Edit: Underneath before it redirects me it says "Unable to connect to the remote server"
