Support will not help me!
My account was stolen. I have now written 3 tickets. But it always comes the same answer. I created the account in 2010. Of course, I do not know all the data by heart after so long. That's why I sent pictures with all the payments I made with my paypal. The following emails come back after a few days.

If you can't supply all the information or don't remember it, then it's your own fault. The support staff cannot help if you don't have the required information.
If they let people recover accounts without all the information being correct, then there would be a lot more people stealing accounts. It's secure for a reason.
Also, make sure you're filling it all out correctly.
