Yes, the tracker is not working properly.
If you are sure you completed at least 15 games according to the rules, you shouldn't worry.
Tracker only exist to help you track your games.
Their logs save what you actually played and they only check them. Thus tracker is not important and can't be used as a proof. Just do more than 15 and hope the logs save them all. -
Finished 15 games over 4 hrs ago. Tracker shows 0 games finished.
My recommendation to everyone is to save your games, screenshot the finish screen and if you haven't already completed the Achievement for King Mode, you can take screenshots of achievement also and it will show exactly how many games you've completed. Better to have as much evidence as possible, because if you file a complaint about your games not registering and not getting ribbon and don't have evidence you did games, support will completely ignore you. -

King Mode is same like MM and FFA - finished games are not show on exit game screen, on personal tab only became king, commander and success mission are counted , games are not.

I'm hoping it's just a tracker issue and that their logs are just fine. But yeah, it is Christmas Eve so if they're not gonna count the ones I did then I'm screwed as I won't be on the rest of the day e.e

It's my belief that if you **Make sure you do 15 KING MODE Games with +1 KILL AND +1 MINUTE IN GAME (I THINK "KILL" IS A KILL//OR//"MISSION SUCCESS"[mini-game-success]-)** complete the event day *PROPERLY*, you will receive the ribbon! :P
I believe it still tracks, don't flame at me just go check your achievements guys. I'm currently looking at a "King Mode Enthusiast" achievement in which I only had the first tier (1 game) completed before. So now, I'm looking at 22/100 on the final tier. I believe that means I've done what, 21 games today? :P That will show to them as well guys, and we will receive our xmas ribbon for those efforts.

Don't worry, you are not the only ones having this issue. The Tracker is really slow updating today. As long as you done more than 15 games and each game lasted over 1 Minute and get a kill, then when the Tracker updates it will show up. Also even if tracker didn't update Cf Logs have recorded you games.
