new idea ! about prem ban

Hey CrossFire Staff, I will talk about a problem in crossfire support team, I noticed in the last months that there is much accounts has been banned, I know that there is reasons such as insulting and using 3rd party programs but they can apologize for what they have done but the support team doesn't accept there apologies, and you have the right in banning accounts but there are many people payed much money in this game so you have to appreciate it because in some times there accounts might be hacked and the hacker violate the terms and conditions of your system, that's why much people are banned while they aren't guilty, so I hope you unban all accounts that has been banned more than 6 months.
