Cant Log in the website

Hello guys,
I'm writing in the name of my friend IG name : The_Butcher

He can log in in game, but he can't login at the website , so he cant use thoose event points.

What should he do? / Can any GM help him?

If your friend can't login in to the website, he needs to click on "Forget Password" which will reset your password and send you a email. Check your email and follow the instructions given.

Your Account has most likely been deemed as inactive and therefore it's website access has been deactivated.

Tell him to log into an alt and submit a Support Ticket in which he wants his account to be reactivated.
