rly?can u fix event tracker first? or u just wanna cheat us again like at hallowen hunt? i played 16 matches yesterday and u count 13? wtf?
Don't feel bad you're not alone.
Did all October, then tracker failed a couple days before end of event so I got nothing.
Now the November KDR event I did complete, but I didn't get the crates.
At least that one I have screenshots from every day showing KDR over 1.0 so I can file a ticket. (Event must have paid out because I have friends that got the crates.) Flip a coin whether anyone looks at the ticket. -

I wouldn't bother if I were you, I got the required kd as well but no crates.
The thing is, the ticket system isn't meant to solve your problems, its to tell you you're wrong.

Stop crying for late perks. Yall know this is a business tactic right? It's for those who still hestitate to whether or not to pre-order the new VIPs. They now see there is benefit of buying ZP and thus would be willing to spend hundreds of dollars for it. I know it's unfair but face it!

Same here, support tickets have been 0 help to me too.
Weird you didn't get any crates, I got mine. To date I have had 0 problems with the tracker, lets hope it stays this way, can't say the same for many other people though. -

Nope didnt happen. I still didnt get the crates for the KDR event. Like I expected Ill send a ticket. I have screenshots from thje game with my daily stats plus screenshots of the tracker everyday.
I still expect them to say, oh these screenshots must not be right.
And yet I have friends that got it. I guess Im on a hit list or something.
