The winner will be the one who will find the exact number or the one who will be closest (if not find the exact number) to the number ?

If nobody gets the exact number, then whoever gets the closest will win. If for some reason two or more people guess the correct number or are equally close, I will come up with a further impartial "mini-game" to decide on the final winner. -
