I can't receive My account password reset link

My Mail provider is mail.com and I didn't get my password reset link cuz I have forgotten it , help , plz !

You'll need to go through the Support and send em' a ticket to change it to another one when you don't have access to your current E-Mail.

Choose "Account Administration", and on the Request Description, choose "Change E-Mail"

Be sure to fill out everything they need of you as accurate as possible.
