I have checked now with another account and the typo 0 out of 5 have been changed as you can see below

I am guessing we will get them after 6th December Maintenance same goes for Thanks Giving Event crates and EP will also be given after maintenance as well as the Winter Wonderland rewards. -

Well that's a shame, should always save Screenshots of tracker progress each day just in case there is an issue, you would have an advantage in proof, but best of luck hope it would be solved for you. -

Ignore the tracker play 15 games simple.. If u failed u wont get the crates but u can still earn some EP -

Did you check the tracker yesterday and it shown 15?
If you are 100% certain that you completed the 15 games for yesterday, but the tracker shows otherwise, don't worry. The data stored for the games you played is separate for the data on the event tracker. So if the tracker bugs out and shows less then what you have played, then you'll still get the rewards, as the the data for the games you played will still be stored.
The tracker is merely used as a guide due to its bugs that it has been seeing recently. In the future, it's best to also keep a manual tracker, for your own concern. -

yeah, some bugs with the track, i did 20 games and when i checked at the night i had only 13, i had to play at 04:00 am... -

Yeah, quite a few are having issues with their tracker. It's best to play a few extra games too, just to make sure you've done them and don't miss out c;
