Hey guys , I participated in the crossfire games and we got 2 golden medals for team Russia , Yet i didn't get any ribbon even though i participated there and got the " Event Points " as a reward !! , I've sent numerous tickets proving my participation there and i keep getting the same computerized non-sense message all the time , that i wasn't active on their database ? , then how did i receive the Event points for the 2 golden / 1 silver medal ? this is frustrating ... I don't understand why you're writing this now when the CF Games was ended 3-4 months ago?

Please upload any screenshots that you may have that:

1) Proves you got the events.

2) Proves that you participated.

Where is the problem in writing it now? I've submitted numerous tickets for it and they always ignored it , have dozens of screenshots proving it with time stamps in its file name and yet they act like you're not in the database get lost !
I don't think i'll be able to upload that many screenshots on the forum but i can write the ticket IDs instead [/size]

It just seems strange that a player complain about it now. Anyway, you only need to upload 5 screenshots.

I appreciate your effort trying to help abel , I'll upload them even though i have no faith in the staff anymore , they removed my honorable ribbon for no reason and i sent tickets as well and always got the same ignoring message and they never stated directly the reason just as much as the crossfire games ribbon , i'll screenshot the tickets and their replies as well , since i won't get a helpful answer from the tickets so i'll just post their cool answers here along with the prove , so gimme some time please [/size]

So here are 4 of the screenshots stating the time when were those screenshots being took [ during the zombie holding games period ] and showing every information needed regarding the game or anything , also they state the amount of EPs i got for participating in this event .

And that's basically what they reply in every ticket you weren't on the list to receive it then how did i get the EPs ? No logical answer , Just a useless computerized message , and they are in a hurry to close the ticket as fast as they can

I know you've probably considered this, but just to rule out a potential possibility, did you complete a Shattered Hard game during the 10th-14th? Because the screenshots only prove you were in one on the 13th, not that you completed one Just a thought.

1] I'm not an idiot that'll go asking for something that's not deserved for me , this is simply a game so i wouldn't care much about it, I'm asking about it because it makes me angry that my time was wasted for nothing and when i asked about my ribbon got ignored , this injustice is utterly annoying.

2] Why should i even keep taking screenshots for everything i'm doing in the game? , other people received their ribbons without proving anything.

3] This is not their first time in bugging my ribbons and always ignoring and never answering directly when i ticket them . can't they use a reliable staff that'll help players not just close the tickets immediately?

4] There's a " System log " i believe is accessible by them why don't they check it ? or Noo that's only one player who cares about her?

5] Did you check the additional linked screenshots in the post?

6] This is not only my problem , there's another friend with me who have the same problem, let's not mention that he was already on the first place on the top 10 of the [ Rifle Kill ] Event.

Here is the Prove for Team Russia that Russia got 2 Gold medals and got just the EP but not the Ribbon and in my opinion this is unfair for the whole Russia team

That event was broken, I really hope they don't do events like that one anymore, it was a disaster. Hopefully Russia will get their ribbon.

They did state that you had to contribute atleast 1 Kill/Point or whatever to the discipline which gave you the Gold Medal, otherwise you wouldn't get the ribbon.

But this Event is so far back, proving that might just be impossible.

So they succesfuly made the worst event in history of cf and didnt reward the players. Typical.

Lets say that you are right eventhough i proved it with screenshots , how did we get the EPs ? and when i sent a ticket to them , they said sorry we can't investigate since 30 days or more has passed , wasn't it them who refused to investigate when i messaged them about it earlier? i sent 8 tickets and always ignoring i could screenshot the tickets for you if you wish , I'm not asking for the impossible this is our right , but this discrimination and ignoring is annoying , Thank you for your comment Preset [/size]

Guys just stop ..buy from them Vip weapons and Zp crate....stop play this game ...for 2/3 months lets see the company profit what would be? it will decrease alot ....its iritating things about how evryone use this hak and its still nothing can change it .
Since i play this game from 2009 when it was Subagames Company ..and not Z8....and it was much better ...they dont deserve our money...this game dont deserve it ....if we stop spent money ..lets see how they will live whit it.
