Help with GM

Hey im new to Ghost Mode ive been playing this for quite a while but need some help. I want to make an eq but i really dont understand what the numbers help with: 31,62,125,250,500,1k,2k,4k,8k,16k could someone reply back to me with the answers please ill really appreciate that.

All I do is put 1k 2k and 4k all the way up and leave everything else in the middle. But if you wanna know what each number corresponds to within the game, then I'm not sure.

they r frequencies from left to right is low tone to high tone

EQs are cool and all but try to practice with just normal pinpointing, trying to get better at it rather than trying to make it easier helps more in the end. In my opinion.

Funny enough, I lost a lens the other day and have not been able to wear my glasses. lol
