I run a 26" monitor, and the default resolution is 1920x1200 but Crossfire doesn't support this resolution and the game looks really messed up. Is their anything I can do, like change a file in the settings.

change the resolution of the computer itself

Right click desktop > properties > Settings then fiddle with the screen resolution
