How do I submit a ticket without getting every tickets closed?

During the event, I was ensured every game was tracked, I overdid the suppression mode and mutation mode that was bugged.

Then I was told to wait after the maintance, then it was :
The distribution for the event has been completed. Based on the logs we received from the database, you were not on the list of players that completed the requirements for this event. If you believe that you are eligible and you do have evidence that supports your claim, please submit it in a new ticket and our support staff will investigate your issue.

How could I have evidence? By recording 50 hours of gaming? I sent in 3 tickets before the event to ensure that I finished all the requirement,
No one ever look into the database for me.I clearly told them check into the database for me since my account was still bugged, they got lazy and closed every single one of my tickets.

I submitted a new ticket for investagation as I was told, and got this:
a response pertaining to your issue has already been provided to you.
Please refer to all previous responses, as a resolution or final answer has already been stated.

Are these support even reading these tickets before they copy and paste their message and close the threaad???
