So I was recently scammed and I tried to change the email by doing a ticket and haven't gotten a response. I did this at 4:34 and I did everything correct.

Just be patient. Once the GMs come back into the office tomorrow, they will answer your ticket.

Make sure you provide as much information as you can and provide any evidence that you may have.

don't worry , they will answer it , their working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM EDT Monday to Friday so i think you have to wait .

As said above, You have to wait a little until your ticket gets looked over.
