Xfire keeps disconnecting

I started playing crossfire few days ago, but I have problem with game sometimes disconnecting randomly.

When that happens, I'm playing some match, and then everybody else freezes (looks like they're all running in place), but I still can walk and shoot for few more seconds. Then it throws me to channel screen.

It's getting annoying, because I don't get any exp. for games I play that disconnect like that.
I don't think connection is the problem, because when I'm in the game ping is constantly around 150.

Is there anything I can do to solve that problem, or get some pointers to why it's happening?

Okay - this happens to me. I think your internet is not stable or something is interrupting CF's connection.

BTW, Xfire is different from Crossfire (CF)

Technically Xfire is Crossfire, because the X can sometimes singnify "Cross" because the two lines are "Crossing". Still, you are correct, Xfire is a chat program. Anyway, go try a download test, see how it runs. If it skips and falls down and back up a lot it's most likely a unstable conextion. Speed test ----> speakeasy.net or speedtest.com

Thanks guys, I will check it out.

Also, sorry about xfire, i just saw it in the few topics subjects on forum, so I thought that crossfire is shortened to xfire on this forum. Well at least I'll know for next time.
