Suggestion for Policy in terms of reports

Hello everyone. I would like to hear all your ideas in term of my suggestion, which I think is good enough to get some attention from CROSSFIRE. I will explain it in detail.
Recently, I've been in a try to get a good rank on ranked matches. However, that didn't happen as I have been playing WITH 3 HACKERS IN THE SAME TIME, SAME ROOM. So, of course I made some reports and passed the moment.

After 3 days, I have joined again the ranked matches, hoping that something changed. What happened?! NOTHING. The same hackers (already reported) were present in some of my games. So, i have decided to send a ticket and ask what happened with the reports and why the players are not banned yet. (They are still on top of the league on the site at ranked matches). The ticket answer was: "Please note that due to our Privacy Policy, we cannot inform you about any actions taken against another Z8Games account." What that results in?! I have 95 players in my clan and they are not wasting their time sending reports anymore. The reason why? Because we are feeling to be in the air, nothing and nobody pays attention and nobody "gives any shoes." In my mind now would be excellent to happen like in the other games (I am not giving names), for every successful banned player to get an amount of xp, or AT LEAST telling us that our ticket have been successfully seen and acted as intended, not resuming everything to "Thank you for contacting us. Your hacking report is submited and is very important to us. If you have any other questions, please fill free to contact us using the web form again." ,a sentence which has by the way, two spelling mistakes (for a message sent by a robot and seen by "millions" of people may be a shame).

Anyway, thanks to everyone for reading my suggestion and I hope that something will be changed in that Policy. The game is going down step by step and all the questions should be put right now. Looking forward for some more ideas.

Agreed. There needs to be a change in this policy. I will say though that some players that I reported got banned but some others are still on the loose no matter how many times I report them. They are using aimbot and walling btw so don't tell me there is not enough proof :P

My my, for some reason players who have been caught hacking in ranked are only temporary banned. I think the reason why they get only temporary bans is that a big number of these players are high ranked players (probably kids) who steal credit cards from their parents and spend their hard earned money.

ok, i can understand that they maybe got banned temporary. But, to be honest, cheating clearly with aimbot and wall can't be forgiven. And please follow the thread and express you opinion about the suggestion. For example i even want to know if they get banned temporary, so i would continue reporting them. At the moment, nobody answers on reports and that shows that the reports are ignored. Nobody can tolerate ignorance (even worse feeling when you start counting how much money did u spent in all this time)

I agree with this Policy suggestion. I completely understand the unsatisfactory, as I have gone through it myself in the past. They don't really care (they don't get paid enough to worry this much), I bet you they won't even post on this thread. (If they do, that's because they want to go against what I said lmfao).

It's been months and years they won't making changes, even the hackers know they won't get banned and they have a clan advertising hacking.. smh I use to report every time I encounter a hacker but now I don't even bother anymore since they won't even get banned.

Please show us your opinion about my suggestion. Thank you, every single vote matters. I would like to see this post pinned by someone, I see that everyone agrees and nothing happens (at the moment)

it would be a nice change in policy for them to reply back to the Hacking Ticket if they found it to be accurately showing the player hacking or not and then what if any action was taken. so +1 there.

never understood why they DIDN'T do something like that other than maybe them feeling it just takes up too much more of their time to bother replying with such information. (and that's being on the non-cynical side of things...there are far more cynical reasons why they wouldn't do it...lol)

that being said...i don't foresee them changing their policy or implementing a change they say they'd make. I mean there's been no evidence of MAC address bans on hackers and instead as has been stated we've seen people reported for hacking only receiving temporary bans. Which perhaps that was due to other reasons and the hacking report fell on deaf ears hence why they got only a temporary ban instead of a permanent ban complete with MAC address blocking.
