10 PM Eastern Time (for example, New York and Toronto is EST).

There wasn't anything wrong with the trackers

there was just a slight typo, which I have fixed as soon I someone raised the problem

Not sure what your trying to say, but lets say your saying you did 12 games Super soldier and tracker shows 9 right?, Well if that's the case, then you probably didn't complete all the requirements such as 1 minute, 1 kill and 3 players minimum and end the game with at least 3 players and 1 minute long game or more and 1 kill. If you think you did then finish today's mission and submit ticket with proof if you have any, if not they will look at the logs and correct you if necessary. Why did you even wait till today? when you know tracker updates every 2hours so you should always check every 2hours and if necessary do the rest as in your case says 9 if i am correct meaning you only needed to do 1 more but you waited till today to check or report it.

Any way might as well do today's mission and submit ticket but from what we have heard there is no bug in the tracker but who knows, so submit ticket and you will get your answer probably tomorrow. link is below.
