Problem recovering my account for more than 3 month
Hello..
My account was scammed like 3 months ago ihave sent more than 25 tickets and the only reply i get that the info i sent is wrong idk how ?? irecoverd my account 2 times with the same info before how this time its wrong idk what the scammer did ... ireally need any gm or amoderator to help me not only a computer that replies me with *wrong info wrong info * ican proof that its my account ihave screen shots from my email since (2010) when i created it and i have screen shots for every regiesterd email i have changed since 2010 i dont have the codes that i recharged i dont keep them but i can give every date i charged zp the last year with the ammount i charged i can proof with any thing u want just help me cuz the ticket support system ain't helping me at all

ican tell you that i have ascreen shot of z8 games recovering me the same account in 2015 with the same info as above and they can check my tickets logs
so all what i need to is to speak to ahuman not an auto message ican provide you with any thing you want cuz im sick and tired from that ticket support system -

Support can't help you if your information is incorrect. -
its not incorrect its 10000% correct as i recoverd my account with the same info before
Then your account sounds like it has been flagged or deemed unrecoverable. It is also possible the person on the account purchased ZP changing the latest transactions. However this would not effect your previous information if it is correct. Try sending another ticket and wait for a response. If you have recovered it with the same information twice, the GM's are probably looking for something different compared to the last time. In case the other person also looked at the ongoing ticket. The forums can't help you. -

Send a ticket and try again, and that if it says the information you provided doesn't match their records, then there is nothing they can do. -
I really need any moderator or gm to help me with this it has been months and i cant do any thing every time this answer machine tell me wrong info idont know how
Anyway, as mentioned you have to have the right info, which was sent in the original email when you registered. I get that it can be frustrating, but without that info there is no way to prove you are who you say you are. Since I noticed someone said something about the credit card in this thread, that won't help. But if you DID buy via credit card you might have a transaction number, which WILL help This is also usually sent to your email, and looks like a bunch of numbers and letters. -

believe me my situation is diffrent i send the correct info as i mentioned above i recoverd my account before with the same info
+ 3 days ago i sent another ticket they told me that the email cant be changed before 90 days
isent another one yesterday to check again they told me the info is wrong again
i really need to speak to some one as the support aren't helping me !! how do i have all the 1st infos even the first pw from 2010 + security answer and i cant recover my account tell me how ?!!!

How someone can lose his account 3 times? There is definitely something wrong. Okay 1 time it can happen , but 3?
Stop selling / trading / sharing your account and then recovering it.
By the way , check the account creation date. Maybe you confused the date format. -

Pretty much just this. But the fact you've lost it 3 times? That's gotta flag you up for something I'd expect.
Support are THE ONLY people that can help you. End of. The support is run by the GMs.
