i got 20k zp and I did not get the booster .....this is my first time buying zp on any of my acc's and I don't know why I am not getting the pack

If this is your first time purchasing ZP and you didn't receive your booster pack then I would suggest you contact support which can be found HERE.

I already responded to your exact same question in another thread; in the future, please do not make the same post multiple times. Someone will see it eventually. Have some patience

As I said in the other post: I've never had any issues buying Karma Koin cards from Gamestop through their electronic delivery service, but if Gamestop did not send you an e-mail for a card you purchased through Gamestop you need to contact Gamestop, the place you purchased your card from, not here. I would call their customer service phone number, so someone can immediately assist you.

You will need to send a ticket so we can review your transaction records. For everyone's reference, you must purchase 10,000 ZP or more on your first-single purchase. You can't buy smaller amounts that add up to 10,000.
