Ticket Support, read it all

I was innactive for almost 5 months and i came back i couldn't log into my accout i tryed the 'forgot password procedure and it says..The account is not available for recovery...I think someone hacked my acc and try to recover it, but when he realized that he dont have the full infos and that he cant recover the acc, he start inslulting randomly at support system(the GM). So the GM's block my account. I am not so stupid to BAN my account like that, i am saying the truth. I used support ticket but bcs i dont have full informations they cant help me.
*So please, I dont need to recover my account, i just need a GM to unban(unblock) me bcs someone other hacked me.

Unfortunately, the only place where you can get your account back is from Support. You can always try and send in a Support ticket explaining your situation.

But once they have given you the final answer, that's it. You won't be getting your account back after that.
