[MOD]Moe Helping .SuPeR* For Change My Email address in My account
Hello GM's ,
Today i will explain My issue , But First Please Don't replay with send ticket to support , Please members don't replay Here, [MOD] Or [GM] Only ,
i Send Ticket to Support in 24 October 2016 04:34 PM , for can recover My account .SuPeR* , after finish the ticket and my email address be in my account , and i send 2 Tickets to know what support will say , support say 90days , after 5days when i open the game , one open my account on me and the password has been changed , i try to recover it , Z8games say this email address is exit , How ?? , How my email address has been changed before 90days ?? , thats not the first , i send ticket to support in May 2016 , But this issue made again , i'm not say My last email address or My Account ID , Cuz all this info in this ID Tickets , First Ticket in 02 May 2016 07:39 PM , ID : #RIT-315-13298 , second Ticket in 24 October 2016 04:34 PM , ID : #ZRH-670-29513 ,

While I can understand how you'd like only MODs or GMs to reply, I'm afraid I cannot comply, as the one thing you don't want to hear is the only thing you can actually do.
The only chance of getting your E-Mail Address changed is via support. That's it. There is no other way. If they turned you down, the Info you submitted is most likely incorrect. Double check whether or not you aren't mistyping anything.
I wish you the best of luck in overcoming said hardship, however. -
Didn't know MODs can help get accounts back. Whoever needs help with their account has to go through support and they have to go in order.
You've spammed my PMs long enough asking me for help, and i gave you the same exact response I give everyone - send a ticket.
Also you have no business sharing my social media like that. I can be friends with whoever i want. Consider this a warning.
Edit: oh you mean I helped someone take YOUR account? Nice try, but I actually personally know super and I know which accounts are his. Still doesn't change the fact that he needs to be go through support, which I don't manage. Send all your proofs to support (report me) if you feel I've violated any rules.
