Zp glitch lose

Hi Crossfire Community . recently i just spent a total of about 100-120 bucks on cfna . On the "add zp" bar it shows 1202749 Zp but when i go in-game it shows just 2749 zp . can someone fix this glitch and my money ? please im freaking out right now
