Not sure what you mean, but lets assume your talking about Clues!,if you mean Guidance to complete a task!, Login to your account Click the link below Click "Halloween Hunt" Event Tab "Check Your Progress" will get clues to what Task you need to do each day!.

by clicking the link above and Click under Halloween Hunt Check Your Progress you will see a clue on what today task is, Today clue is below take hint of the coloured the area in red which has clue to complete task! *Note tomorrow will have different clue*

creepily decorated area. Means Halloween Map, this is only creepy map which decorated season October 100 soldiers This means 100 kills either Team death match or elimination on Halloween map

This would mean playing 2 Devastation ZM Map in Hard Difficulty. Probably 2 complete games. -

My friend and I did both the Halloween Hunt event and the CFS event. I first did the CFS event and then the Halloween hunt and didnt receive the hat (according to the tracker i completed it). My friend first did the Halloween Hunt event and then the CFS event and didnt receive his 10k EP. Maybe you are able to do 1 event only or something, cant be a coincidence i think...

No, you can do both event, I received both rewatda. I did Halloween hunt then CFS EP event got EP so can send ticket

Don't worry about it, the tracker has been bugged since October patch and the tracker is only to help you keep count on kills or games completed it does not effect the server data base in giving the rewards!. I can tell you I have same issue on the tracker as well as many people as long as you received your good to go! for some there have been some delays! -
