My Quest, A mature Clan

I,m seeking to join or create [ if there was enought interest] a clan that is active, respectful, believes in fair play, competitive, but still retains the notion that this is a game for the enjoyment of all.
I am a lieutenant with a k/d of 1.0 +/- dependent on the day, and of course, the competition.
I'm on most days and or/nights [retired] in Eastern Canada time zone.
