Cant change password

IM POSTING THAT HERE FOR MY FRIEND, BECAUSE U CAN'T EVEN SEND A TICKET IF YOU AREN'T LOGGED IN....

Dear z8games, I got a problem with my account. I haven't been playing CrossFire for a loooong time, but i just came back few days ago. I forgot the password to this account and when I'm trying to do the "Forgot Your password?" thing, after i write down my email for it and Your site says "Email has been sent!
You should be receiving an email within the next few minutes. Please check your email (including the ”Spam” folder) and follow the instructions." I'm not getting anything on it (i checked every place including spam). I already did like 5 times but didn't get the email. Maybe the problem is because the email is registred on Polish website (I live in Poland). I really want to get this account back, because I spent alot of money on it and It's worth to me. Sorry for my bad English.
