Should as long as it's same mode and map for that specific event as CW kills count towards your KDR

I have to agree with many, It's a good event!, I prefer this EP event than Halloween hunt although I like all those secret messages and Hunts! but the tracker issue makes it difficult for some who cant see next mission!

You can either count them or just keep an eye out on the shop: http://crossfire.z8games.com/shop.html. When you finished your 100 kills it will give you 10.000 EP's right away.

no new day in CF start 6 AM according to Egypt .. its mean 12 pm (EGY) >> 6 AM (CF)
just get ur time and - frome it 6 hours
