If you finished with wins check in the Shop, you should have them already.

well it tried 3 games all 3 games full of hackers 1 all my team run i lost points. Im so angry -.- -

well i send a support ticket and this was the answer
Based on the logs we received from the database, you were not on the list of players that completed the requirements for this event. It appears you have only completed 12 games, and only won 5 games.

I won more than 25 S&D Ranked matches but i still haven't got 10,000 EP.

This is why it's a good idea when doing events to do Screenshots as back to prove you did the games or whatever requirement was, same goes for tracker events some time they get bugged so best always tale Screenshots when say done so and so games etc so if bugged and should 0 and rewards can always make a case and prove it in Support ticket! if your not happy with their response -

Guys you forgot to mention in the first post that you have to complete the wins in the same day....
My sister played yesterday 12 games, today she made 8 more wins, total 20...she didn't receive the points and she send support ticket for this...
the answer was this:Hello,

Based on the logs we received from the database, you were not on the list of players that completed the requirements for this event. Please note that you must win these matches on the same day.

The problem is that this isn't mentioned anywhere in the main post...and i did the same i took some wins yesterday and i wanted to do the rest today....:(
