First of all, you will not get any help on the forums with these kind of issues, account problems/questions can only be dealt with by the support team.
Second, you used an 3rd party program, a hack, wich is an clear violation of Z8Games rules. So there is no chance that you will get the account back.

You tried it at your own risk, and now you see the results. There's no one on the forums that can get you your account, or your friends' account ( wich is not allowed aswell, account sharing ). The only thing you can try is to send a support ticket, altough that will be lost time because you just admitted here that you clearly broke their terms/rules.

Glad you got banned for hacking. Your account will remain banned. You also just admitted to account sharing, which is against the terms of use and will result in this account getting flagged.

Sending a support ticket after getting banned for hacking/sharing will not change the end result.
