ok im sick an tired of ur guys support
do u guys not read the messages posted in the support ticket or what like honestly i sat here typed out this huge message to get the same exact dam message from you guys explain to me whats wrong on the form so i can give the correct info i dont know how many times i try my account is stolen an i get the least of help can one of the support agents explain to me what dumb information is wrong ive posted so much valid info that i know is 100% valid an you guys still arent telling me what else i need like really my account got stolen help me get it back instead of sending me some automated message thats exactly the same like seriously.

You need to have enough information and the right information to prove that the account is yours. If Support says that the information is not enough or is inaccurate according to their database then you won't be getting your account back.

i feel as thought some support staff don't thoroughly read through the ticket... and just send canned responses... i have a screen shot that proves my point but sometimes they are really helpful
For my other account (2013) I gave them current registered email which is the first email creation date and SQ answer and I was told the info i provided was invalid rofl. -
the issue is they dont tell what info is wrong so u cant even try an get the right info u only 2 things i think i dont know an how would i i cant tell the current email because the account is stolen from me an creation sorry but im not gonna remember exact date from 2010 like come on support needs to explain what info is wrong

like really still no help this is crazy can a staff member help me at all with this because im not to ok with knowing ive spent a bunch of money on this game an im getting 0 help for my account thats terrible i need to be told what info is wrong an what we can do about it because theres 0 chance i can tell you the correct email on the account if the account got stolen creation date was way to long ago to even remember the exact date so i need to be told what info is wrong an maybe figure another way around this i lost my account that ive spent alot of money with so can any staff help me at all an this sucks that you guys dont have a support chat system or number or anything besides dam ticket request because all i get in tickets is the same old response its like the support dont even read the ticket they see one or 2 things not correct an instantly send out the same bs message

There is a reason they don't tell you this. Think of your account as a combination lock. The lock doesn't tell you "Hey you have the first number right, just try other numbers for the second!" If it told you what you had right or wrong, it wouldn't be a very good lock. Not a very good lock at all. So this is why support won't tell you "Hey your email is right but everything else is wrong. Try again!" Because it would be incredibly easy to deduce what you had to work on to steal someone else's account. -

ok but how do u expect someone to remember a email that got changed ? or a creation date 6 years ago like what i know for a fact theres only 2 things wrong creation date an the email
so now since i dont know 2 out of the other million questions i cant get my account back its impossible for me to know the email if it got stolen an changed correct?
an um you guys would be the first to not tell the customer or player what info is wrong as most companies/stores will do such lets give a example amazon,ebay,xbox,psn they all will tell you if something is wrong they will let you know that oh you got the email wrong please resubmit with the correct one an there some of the most secure companies in the world when it comes to there accounts. i legit have every question right but 2 an those 2 are the ones i doubt anyone remembers sadly 6 years im not gonna remember a date i have millions of things to remember but a creation date for a game is not gonna be there after that long an theres 0 chances of me knowing the email for my account if the account got stolen an completely changed email and password -

Also, this is just completely wrong. All support staff are required to fully read the ticket and look over the entire form. The fact that you are getting things wrong have nothing to do with this. -
If you're the owner of the account you should have an email something like this if it was already made before/during 2014
Note: this is just a crap account it doesn't matter no need to remove img.
the email the account that was first on has no access to anymore as its a very old email or else i would have that -

what lol thats not for logging in thats for recovering ive been all through support for each of those sites they will indeed tell you that info is wrong an let you know what info is wrong an as i said i do have all the info you guys want the current email an the exact date it was made which i dont have that one is impossible to get an the other is from 6 years ago again the staff does not read the tickets there has been plenty people saying this for years i know this for a fact because theres no way that a support member can read the huge ticket i posted in less then a min an guess what they sent the same exact copy an pasted message ive provided so much info for the account an the missing 2 things ones impossible to an one was forgotten so i provided almost everything any one could for there own account prove its mine support has 0 interaction with anyone once the form doesnt have all 100% info correct they close the ticket making us repost another ticket just to get the same old copy pasted message
