Still no Spop Elite permanent in my account

HI GM, you say about spop elite : This issue has been resolved, and all winners have now been awarded a permanent SPOP-Elite character.

but i still have temp spop elite 16d 22 h until now and you say it's resolved !!!

All winners should have their permanent SPOP-Elite character. If you still don't have it, I suggest you send in a Support Ticket.
