You Can Add a System that we Can Click Right click on the player then we can Click Report or smt so it will be more easier than saving the game then log on site and send ticket

and When they report any player you can check his last 10 games or the time of report and check games he played at same time

So game will be more clean i think

See, the issue here is that they don't keep logs and replays from each match, a player has to save the replay instead.

lol , many and many players will report many pro legal players for no reason then when center check 10 last games he played he will see nothing illegal so it will you just make a breath time for hackers to move to a wide area until center can reach an illegal one !! you make it hard for report center and hackers will banned slower than today..
BUT this suggestion can take anther way .. that u can click on player right click to PM or Add him . Although it will be hard with special weapon which have right click option !
