Sadly, I don't think so. Most likely a visual error on their part.

NA servers are now dead. Not going to spend anymore money on CF. I spent ZP on crates to win weapons and now those same weapons are now free... really sad to see CF dying now.

Well... I don't work for Smilegate West so I don't know what their plan is or anything. But based on the current facts which have been presented at the moment, there is plans for this type of skin to be presented in the game. One might suggest that it could be future design while another person might think it's visual error on their side. Got no proof unless they comment on the issue.

Errors/Inconsistency between FB Announcement and Forum Announcement and/or Infographics and Text?! Never I tell you! NEVERRRRRRR! ....or fairly often...
I was kinda hoping it'd be the style as shown in the picture...but generally the text is correct and it said M4a1-S-Halloween...so figured M4 Silver with Halloween skin.
