Issue with account recovery

Hi guys

Having some major issues with my account recovery. I've forgotten my password and email address that I had linked to my main account. I haven't played in about 4 years so that would probably explain why my memory is so blank.

Every time I try and use the ticket support, it requires me to have the accounts email address or the ticket gets automatically closed.

Can any admins PM me further about this?

edit:I should note that the end part of my name is not referring to the racist group.

You need those in order to get your account back, otherwise they have no proof it's your account.

Also, GMs don't PM anyone on the forums regarding Accounts. Only through support tickets.

I can provide detailed proof of clans I was in, payments I made and even what specific matches I played the most.

But you have to know the things they ask for, and then you can tell those in the Message Details box.

They need specific information to be able to verify you are the account owner.

Not anything else.

Support tickets are the only way to deal with that stuff, and if you don't have the information, bad news.
