Xtrap Error 08-0400-00000000-000

Randomly started occurring after a 6 month break from this game. I can't delete the file either, for some reason it is open in Windows Explorer and not only cannot be ended via task manager, can't be found from cmd prompt.

Very strange to me, but maybe somebody has had a similar problem and can shed some light on it.

Close down the program called "TI xHCI Filter Driver 1.0.0.4" developed by "Texas Instruments Inc". This should solve your problem.
