Account Permanently Ban???

I was astonished when I login to my account today. I swear I never use hack or any third-party tools to interrupt this game's balance. What is this ban about? Can any GM come out and talk to me about it?? I just purchased the pre-order for M4-Predator yesterday and everything was fine. Please verify your record about my gaming history, if being good at a game means hacking, than this game is not worth of contributing.

You should try to send a ticket to Support, with your account ID PW, secret answer etc. to prove you are indeed the owner of that account. They'll tell you the reason why you were banned and you could try to talk to them about it.
perhaps it could be a simple charge-back banned.

Only support can help you. If you feel that you have been banned for no reason then only they can help you and they will trust me.
