"If you don't report hackers, you're part of the problem"
Sending out hack reports be like
This lil' gif perfectly explains the situation with hacking reports.
I'm still not entirely sure why does it take so much time for the reports, could you (Z8) please explain again, because last time I couldn't quite read it due to other stuff I had to do?

Dupree was a day ago or so quite happy to announce that he reported someone with a ton of VIPs for glitching and that person lost his HSR, so it seems to have been fast enough for him.
As for why Reports take so much time to get processed, my guess would be Duplicates and false Reports.
I'd wager that combo adds up considerably over a weekend of absence. -
How can you be sure it takes a lot of time for reports to be processed?
I think [MOD]'s feel the same as that guy on the gif with these kind of threads.
Report(s) were sent on 1.7.2016. (and older replays of the same players hacking were send during april, but okay) Today is 7.10.2016. They are still playing, so that tells me it takes a while for them to go through reports. My only question is why don't they do something about speeding that godawfullyslow proces.Dupree was a day ago or so quite happy to announce that he reported someone with a ton of VIPs for glitching and that person lost his HSR, so it seems to have been fast enough for him.

Ye buddy, I agree. "Reports" which are sent through support tickets get dealt with rather fast, and the time it takes to get someone banned with hacking report is far away from acceptable.
But as it was this slow for ages, it would be amazing if they would do something to speed it up. -
They could have been temporarily banned in the meantime. Also they have a reason(s) why they don't reply to hacking reports and maybe one of them is why those certain players are still playing. I hope I'm wrong but maybe they don't act acordingly on reports of the same person if one person sends it in certain period of time.
I wanted to make another thread other day or send support ticket to ask about that. Is there some kind of time limit to report same hacker again? I don't know how to describe situation properly so I'll give example; if I report a hacker and see him hacking again in a 2 weeks can I report him again with a new replay?
I think it works like that so you can't abuse hackers (irony).
Edit: now answer will be that we should report them but its up to z8games how they will act on the report. I have nothing against the way they work, afterall I'm just a player and its up to them to do their jobs like their boss(or more of them) tell them to do. -
But... http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?313557-CrossFire-Fair-Game-Policy!... If they watched the replay(s), the hackers should have been banned.
They don't reply to hacking reports (which is also funny, as they could just select "banned" or "not banned"), but you can check the hacker's profile to find out if they possibly got banned. If you see "last seen 15 hours ago" "platinum snd ranking" and HSR on their profile, they are most likely still playing.
I have no clue about those kind of limits, but I only know that you can send max 5 reports per 24 hours. One good replay of a hacker in action SHOULD be enough -
Yea i get it now. I thought z8games are giving bans like anti-hacking system does if it catch a hacker, I didn't know hackers now get permanent bans from reports.
Still I think z8games don't just improve their working systems and leave them as they are, there were several updates in last few years regarding support and I'm sure they will improve it again at some point.
I really can't tell why those hackers you reported aren't banned yet nor will z8games staff tell you either, all you can do is keep playing and reporting.
Its just how it is, nothing we can do about it beside complaining and I think complaining won't get us anywhere.
In my opinion no one should worry about stuff like that, I play so many matches during days/weeks/months/years that I would probably be in a hospital or even in graveyard if I worried my head with malicious players.
Report a hacker and forget about him. -
That GIF made my day. It's such a good analogy.
IK this is controversial but.. I spoke to one of the GM's like a week ago about the cheaters in-game (especially RM) and he told me that "Z8 do suspend hackers everyday, we players are just not aware of it all because we are not told anything about it."
I'd like to think most reports are eventually processed, it just takes a lot of time for Z8 to take action because they are flooded with things to do (that's why we see the same IGN cheaters roaming around RM still playing with their Aim-bots and Speed hacks).
Feedback for Z8: What I and my friends have noticed is that, Z8 do suspend but they rarely permanently ban.. that's something we'd like Z8 to improve upon. Valuable accounts or not, if they are obviously caught cheating, just once, I think that should be enough for Z8 Staff to LOCK that account permanently. That way cheaters would think thrice about grieving others in-game. -
There we go again...My alt (and dupre) reported some players and they've been banned or lost HSR. Maybe it took time, but it was taken care of.YOU might think someone cheats. But when a GM looks at it, it might looks different. A GM would have an unbias POV .Long story short, hackers DO get banned. Please report them.
