Yes, there is definitely a resurgance of the chammer/aimbotter script-kiddies. Thankfully, most of them are so bad at the game that they NEED these FPS training-wheels to keep them in the fight. So they're not as bad as some of the previous hackers we've had.
Nevertheless, it's getting really annoying again. -
Anyone else noticed? The spinning guys are in like 1 of 5 TD Matches..

Yeah...So far, for the most part, these are the bad aimbotters that we can only evilly grin at as we STILL kick their hides. And then make fun of them after the match. I wouldn't want any of them have high self esteem, especially when I can laugh at the fact they still can't win even with cheating.

Actually, the blatant aimbot won't get improved. That thing is what we call a "pub hack." The hack-sites don't care if you're stupid enough to get caught using those, because they want you to BUY the "good" hacks that aren't as obvious.
Thankfully, the majority of script-kiddies really are kids. Therefore, they don't have a dime to spend. Therefore we won't get swamped by the reall nasty stuff, we'll just have to deal with this amateur crap, which (also thankfully) is easy to get recordings off and get them banned.
All that said, I still 100% agree that I'm looking forward to these things getting patched as swiftly as possible. An advantage for someone who is a horrible play is still an advantage. -

Indeed, both yours and Gryphon2 statements are correct. A GG patch ever three weeks would help.
Im not going to buy anymore ZP ever again, i see no point if the Anti Hack is only updated every 5-6 weeks. Im sure im not alone. -

You're not alone . Im pretty sure that Z8 has enough profit to provide us a better support. Report players system: Total failure. PM an GM using the forums? We should have an in-game report system. -

When you see people do bizarre, glitchy-looking 360 degree turns, and aim at the closest person to themselves, that's a good indication of an aimbot.
Note that I /do/ mean 360 degree, full circle turns. I don't mean where you hit somebody, and then they swiftly spin around to look toward where they heard the shots/direction they got shot from and shoot back. That is nothing more than common FPS skill.
Noobish questions are cool. Don't be a noob, though. If you're suspicious, don't yell out "HAKCS!1!", instead just save the video and watch it. Either you'll catch a hacker in the act, or you'll have someone to watch to possibly learn some solid tactics off of.

You can see him 360 onto target, its a really quick spin but not visible in 1st person view!!! -

Many people with names that begin or end with those countries, have some form of hac.k. It's just from my crossfire experience that i have encountered more hac.ks from these people. Oh, and the rest are probably kids (so pesky... go play soldier front or sudden attack... this game is too serious, legit, and mature for you. Honestly.) please z8games, some good clans are actually LEAVING crossfire. if you go into axium gamin vents, radium vents, and vents of major clans (except for the farmers and pubbers with no life we know as pubstarz) they are EMPTY. z8, there NEEDS to be another anti-hac.k patch for crossfire. otherwise, more people will start leaving, and this game will become what is known as a hac.k fest, ill give some examples, (GunZ: the Duel, Sudden Attack, Soldier Front, Operation 7). These hac.k fests have 90% hac.kers.
Please z8, many people have put a lot of money into crossfire, and i do not want their money to waster and neither do you.

Barely any speedhacks, but they do exist. Also a few invis hacks. if u want to see waht i am talking about, scrim Spartas300. You'll know what i mean.

I'd agree absolutly that Brazil is a major problem as far as glitchers and hackers go. If anyone understood the mentality there, they'd know that doing either or is no big deal to them. Just the way that part of the world works.
I'm not so sure about France and Germany, though. Turkey has more hackers from what I've come across myself.
Also, uhm....Z8 didn't buy Crossfire from Suba? Where'd you get that from? Crossfire is controlled by G4Box (and has been even with Suba.) G4 split off from Wicked Entertainment (Subagames) and took their games with them. Then they made Z8games. -

I used to pay for a lot of SP as I don't mind paying for what I enjoy--But since last month, I can't seem to convince myself to buy Z8 points.
We should just go the route of Nexxon (Combat Arms) and BAN Brazilian IP addresses. Its mostly Brazilian players using hack programs. Even in one game yesterday, there was a 2nd Lt chamming in a room full of his clan members (It was VERY obvious). I mentioned that to his clan leader (who was also in the game) and then got the typical jajajaja response.
It worked really well for Combat Arms. -

You mean like because Combat Arms seems to be practically hack-free and has been that way since the full-IP banning? Noooo...No, that couldn't possibly help here.
Also, that IP did more than Brazil. It took out the entire South American continent, as well as much of Central America, as well. Basically all the Latin-speaking countries. Things got wonderfully better after that.
Too bad CA also found a way to make their game laggy as hell and basically unplayable. Two steps forward, three steps back. Man, am I still glad CF exists. XD -

Yes good idea in principle but the reality is even without all these people from BR, CA was still a hack fest. I remember just before i move to CF CA HAD IDIOTS FLYING THROUGH WALLS AND IN THE AIR,, If you want a more level playing field go buy CS,
When it comes to it, i sometimes wonder why i even play this game!! i guess its because of all the friends iv made, and if im lucky to find a hack free game, CF is amazing.. -

Right....right before they did the massive ban. I was there for that, too.
Go there now. Hackers and glitchers are rare, now. Partially because of the big ban, partially because Nexon started going directly after the hack sites.
Something all these gaming communities need to do, actually. -

That wont work. I just googled "combat arms brazilin ip" and what came up was multiple ways of ip camuflage.. And that would be unfair for brazilian legit players. -

Well Nexon did a good job, but im still dont play CA, lets say its been tained too much for me to go back. Plus i think a portion of nexon's success is only down to the fact a large amout of CA hacks moved across to CF.. =( -
We are definitely aware of the new influx of hacks. And we're already working on it.
With the move to z8games there has been a gap delay in getting a major patch in however we are continually working on improving the game and that includes anti hack measures.
However like the last time we did major anti hacking updates we don't publicly say when or what as that would give advantage to the hackers.
So thanks for the heads up, and thanks for your patience and understanding. -

Thanks for the time spent. Does Z8 mind a new report system? PM GM'S doesnt seemto be a good way to report.. Some people doesnt even know that crossfire has forums. -

Though i havent read the entire thread, picked up a few things here and there and... yes, obvious aimbots everywhere.
most funny part bout it is, that they still have to click to shoot meaning if your faster than them, you can kill them before they actualy shoot. Negative part bout that... you get called hacker by those that hack and you get voted out even though you dont hack at all. +1 for the majority of kids hacking community.

I follow up the rituel of staying with friends/clannies, but if they cant get you out, the newb host will kick you. People will call your clan hack even though none of them does (try telling them that)
But the best thing i will always remember is making a room with my friend (same clan) and start a game vs 2 fith members. Buddy died first 2 rounds, i rolled them twice, 3rd round starts: more fith members joining. Called hack by them, 1st fail vote of them of getting us out. Game goes on, we see more and more fith members joining. Luckely some people with brains (randoms as i like to call them) joined and the room got full by round 12 - 13 something. Dont remember the score but we were winning (my team that is). Room was full, my buddy and I, + 9 Fith members continuesly trying to vote me out. (failing almost every time but still, got team naded alot) by the time we got to 12 - (something - dont remember what they had but they had few rounds behind so i'll say "9" or so) they finaly got me voted out. Than my buddy got voted out not a 10 seconds later.
Results:
me: kicked + called cheat and all sorts of insulting words
Buddy: kicked + called cheat and same as me
Fith:"happy" cos they couldnt handle us and called us cheat
Random people: sad cos they lost w/o my buddy and I.
Most funny note: it was my buddy and me first game in 4 months.
conclussion: Even if you dont cheat and play with buddies, there is always a bigger group thats convinced you do and will do anything to get you out so their ego's are safed.
I love CF's community

alot of the hacks come from the countries that use alot of internet cafes. the cafes use the "hack" as a way to promote the game and have the users use the cafe. sad but true.. i wont mention the countries, they know who they are. and in any global mmo game you play its always the same countries .....any account's ip associated with any already banned account's ip should be banned as well, cuz if one in that cafe is hacking it up, they all are.

To be honest i cant really tell if someone aimbots or uses any other type of hacking method.
But i get called a hacker,aimbotter, sometimes chammer on a daily basis and dont use them
its very annoying becausei get kicked alot when im doing good
i got kicked once for owning with a dragnov ._.
but to solve the hacking problems
i think they should just IP ban certain areas however it would be impossible to let the legit play and ban the hackers because theres all sorts of ways to change IP and stuff X_X -

"I are" hahaa. We are not discussing about getting kicked. We are discussing about the hackers increase. Every good player gets kicked atleast twice per day.. Z8 already said that they are working in a better kick system.
