Reward Box Problem

Something is wrong with my reward box(the free boxes on the weekends) whenever i click on open, a pop up saying "Item Confirmation Failed" and would bring me to the black market instantly. How do i get it to work so i could open my reward boxes?

Have you tried to change servers? Or what about restarting CrossFire again?

when i restart crossfire the reward box is gone and nothing new is added into my inventory
