Can't sign up for CFCL(due to bug)

Never mind wasn't aware that you have to wait some hours before you can sign your team up for any tournament, FYI if you are a team captain and it says you can't sign your team up due to only the team captain can sign up the team, just wait some hours then try again, until your team gets approved. Either way I applied hours ago, I better not get screwed over cause z8 takes to long, me and my team want to play so whoever controls that needs to hurry before this deadline.
