Chat bots?

I met 2-3 of them today.
They join room, spam 3 macros and magicaly dissapear as I can't see them on player or kick list and there is no note on chat that they leave.

Below is an example (I blacked out name and some words so I don't break rules)



If needed [GM] can PM me and I'll send names if they want to check if xtrap catch them.

I would like to know should I report them and how.

Yes, you should most definitely report them via the Support Page.

CrossFire Support>Violation Report and put the Screenshots in as a ZIP or RAR attachment.

That should take care of it. Be sure to tell em' exactly what the offense you are reporting is.

I'm not sure should I make a separate ticket for each one.

If there are two offenders on the same Screenshot, then 1 Ticket should suffice, if they are two offenders on seperate ones, then I'd probably do seperate tickets.

Yea that is the way to go usually, I wasn't sure tho for some reason but I did send seperate tickets. I hope it won't be picked up as a spam as I wrote same comment on both.

Edit: I thought it would be more convenient for me and [GM]'s to pile up screenshots in one ticket as I wouldn't have to worry about ticket limit since those bots appear pretty often today. And they are bots afterall, not real players. I would name every screenshot by the bot name.

Ehhh, I stopped reporting those. They just create a new account and do the same. I already reported 2/3 and they came back right after.
