Account banning issue without a reason

Hello there.

I left the game and when I was back I tried to login but my account was permanently banned.
I actually thought that the account was scammed from me so I went on the web to check if there were any tickets sent with insults as a result of the banning.
therefore I didn't find any tickets or anything wrong so I made this new account to sent a ticket so I can notify you the 'Game masters' about the issue.
I've talked with one of the supporters nor the robotic answer machine and all I've got was:
-It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account.
Please help i'm an old player and I never break the rules because I respect everything towards the game rules also I've always charging up my account with loads of money and I think I don't deserve a problem like this to happen to me, thank you game masters always with love.

Sadly, no one on the forums can really help you. You have to send in a Support Ticket to find out why you were banned.

They have already informed you with a reason and have also said that they won't provide you with any assistance in regards to this account.

Once Support gives you a final answer then that is it. You can't get your account back. You need to start over with a brand new account.

No sorry there were no reasons but what was said that I violated and broke the rules but nothing else please reply back with something supportive so I can run more into the issue, thanks.

Posting your username and IGN will not help anyone. We are players, not the staff members who work for Smilegate West.

They have already gave you a reason which is highlight in the below post.

Staff members won't help you on the forums. Only through Support tickets and sometimes through PMs on the forums.
