Regarding hacking report

I just reported a hacker few minutes ago and I did get notification that it was succsesfully reported but when I check hacking report history it doesn't show up.
Now I'm not sure did it pass trough or not. I sent only that one report today if that will help somehow in solving this.

I remember there being someone with the same problem, although I'm not sure what the end result of it was.

My Guess would be that the Servers just need a little bit of time to catch up.

If it hasn't gotten through, give it about an hour and try again. I've heard people say they have had this issue but we've never been able to reproduce it yet. If it still doesn't go through after that, send the replay in a zipped file via ticket, and let them know that I told you to do so :P

As far as I know, this happens if you:

• Type the hacker's IGN wrong. In case he changed his IGN in the mean time, you can't report him with the old IGN he had in the replay, but with the new IGN ( idk if that works for Z8, but it's the only way )
• Use " : " sign in "Rounds that Hacking Occurred"
• Use " : " sign in "Time when Hacking Occurred" (not sure)
• Type too much text in the comment box (not sure)

I informed the GMs about this a while ago, however it's still not fixed

This might be a case because I wrote more info than usual.

@[GM]Kanadian I'm about to send a ticket in "others" section since we can't submit zip/rar files in hacking report. I have mentioned you as you said, thanks

Another edit: I don't think " : " in time when hacking occured is causing this because I always type " : " between minutes and seconds.
